Do you accept returns?

We hope all our customers can have a risk-free shopping experience, so return shipping is on us for the orders within the contiguous United States. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. 

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since we fulfilled your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs tax/duties for all international sales.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We may charge up to a 25% restocking fee depending on the condition of the returned item received.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I exchange an item?

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns

In order to ask for an exchange, please start a return request and place another order for the item(s) you'd like to get instead.


How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
